Another important change: the performances took place in the barn and the public space was enhanced by a tent. About one hundred seats were available. The atmosphere was truly intimate!
McMillan Orchards, with its maple bush and apple trees located in the picturesque Adirondacks foothills, will be hosting an event that is growing every year. Where better to hold a Music Festival but in the heart of Apple and Maple Syrup Country to enjoy a wide variety of music surrounded by nature and friends.
We would like to take an opportunity to thank all the artists, partners, volunteers, and artisans that have made our festival a success. We would also like to pass a special thanks to our wonderful and faithful crowd we get to see each year who bring newcomers to this great folk, bluegrass & ragtime music celebration. See you next year!

The sixth season of Apple Hollow Music Fest with has encoutered a major change in artistic direction. More regional musicians we invited to perform at the festival and musical direction was provided jointly by Terry Joe "Banjo" Rodrigues and Stewart Burrows. We have seen and heard, as always, high caliber musicians who make our festival an event that stands out in all the south-western Quebec! Even more, the 2013 artists joined in for a Doc Watson and Earl Scruggs Tribute!
The 2013 Edition of the Apple Hollow Music Fest was dedicated to our dear friend and collaborator, the musician Steven Bakos. He was and remains in our hearts. We wish him prompt recovery, as we look forward to prepare the seventh edition with him !
